Turks & Albanians of Macedonia Inc. is a non-profit organization founded, led and run by young people. We aim to preserve our unique Balkan culture for future generations by uniting those of us with a common background and engaging in cultural activities.
We organize and participate in many different types of events through out the year. We have had great success in putting together wonderful bayram parties and getting together for iftars during the month of Ramadan. We have also organized trips to museums, have participated in parades and regularly have our own New Year's party. Our most popular events are the annual picnics which take place in the summer.

Our organization will act individually and in collaboration with other not-for-profit entities for the following purposes (among many others):
- To assist and aid individuals of Turkish, Albanian and Macedonian origin and/or ancestry in their endeavors to become productive American citizens
- To promote the strengthening of relationships between other Balkan organizations to increase conformity within the Balkan community
- To promote and foster endeavors to create opportunities for social gatherings that bring together Balkan people from different regions to build understanding and friendship by treating everyone with respect and dignity
- To discourage ignorance and bigotry by encouraging values of compassion, tolerance and sensitivity
- To provide financial assistance and relief aid to individuals residing in a disaster area and organize individuals and groups to collect and provide for proper distribution of necessary basic materials to help area victims
